It’s Christmas Eve, and for most of us it won’t be observed, nor Christmas day celebrated, in our traditional ways. Many of us have suffered losses of one kind or another, and at the very least have seen our world turned sideways because of the year’s challenges.
While our extended family can’t all be together to celebrate this year, we look forward, with hope, to a return to those gatherings next year.
I want to wish all of you, family, friends, and friends I only know through social media a joyous, peaceful, and Happy Christmas. The true reason for the season lies deep within our hearts, so let’s focus on that and be gracious over the things we have no control over.
Merry Christmas and God Bless from my home to yours.

No politics, no comments on whether COVID is real, or a tool to manipulate us. Just grateful to know God is on His throne and no matter what happens, my future is assured. Bummed out that our province has gone into total lockdown days away from Christmas, but can still celebrate and observe the birth of my King.

Celebrating ChristMas with my husband and 1 friend who lost her husband a couple of years ago just before ChristMas. We will be watching "Christmas with the Chosen" on youtube and also the first season of "The Chosen" we have on disc. Eating ham and putting a puzzle together. i think this will be a good ChristMas in spite of the restrictions of lockdown. You can;t take ChristMas out of our hearts. Have a blessed ChristMas Liz.

Thanks Autumn....may you and your family have a blessed Christmas as well. You have a good plan. I've yet to watch "The Chosen" but look forward to it. It will just be my husband and myself. Today I am doing porch drops of baked goods to my kids' homes and some friends. And that will be as close as we get for a while. It could always be worse. I agree, no matter what you can't take Christmas out of our hearts.
